What is My Helping People?
My Helping People is a veteran-owned business committed to bringing only the best products for females to enhance life.
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the US. We ask you to mention your full and clear address to avoid delays in shipping.
How soon can I expect my order?
Our minimum delivery time is two business days. However, on holidays and under Covid-19 restrictions, you can expect delays in shipment.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs can vary based on the order’s weight, destination, and dimensions. However, shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and they will be collected along with the purchase.
Do you have a return policy?
We put customer satisfaction at the heart of our business. While our sales are final, we still like to hear from you if you are unsatisfied. For incorrect or damaged products, you can reach out to us by email within 5 business days of receiving the order.
How do you select products for your website?
We are very selective about the products we feature on our website. We want to bring only the best to our female audience, and for that, we have a thorough process to vet products. Our product selection undergoes four steps: evaluating product ingredients, sourcing, product effectiveness, and branding.
Do you facilitate
address change?
We cannot facilitate address changes after the order has been placed. However, once you receive your tracking number, we suggest you contact the mail carrier to see if they can facilitate a route change.
My package was marked

Women make up a large part of the population and often put themselves on the backburner while juggling other life responsibilities. This has empowered and fueled our vision for My Helping People. We aim to help build strong women in charge of their health and happiness. They don’t have to search for the best products to feel and look beautiful.
